As Chinese enterprises accelerate their expansion into Southeast Asia, Vietnam is emerging as one of the fastest-growing countries in the global manufacturing and consumer markets. From November 18 to 20,2026, the 6th HOMELIFE Vietnam International Home & Gift Fair will make its debut in Hanoi, the northern market of Vietnam.
It is noteworthy that the exhibition has received strong support from Vietnamese government departments and national-level trade associations even before its opening.
Recently, Mr. Binu Pillai, Chief Operations Officer of MEORIENT, and Ms. Kate Xu, General Manager of the Overseas Business Division, led a delegation on a special visit to Hanoi, Vietnam. They successively visited the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam and the headquarters of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), conducted in-depth exchanges centering on the upcoming HOMELIFE Vietnam Exhibition, and achieved positive results, building a more solid and efficient trade platform for Chinese enterprises to enter the Vietnamese market.

Subsequently, the organizing committee of MEORIENT & HOMELIFE Exhibition visited the Hanoi headquarters of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), and the delegation was received by Nguyen Tuan Hai, Director of the International Relations Department of VCCI.

VCCI clearly states that China is one of Vietnam's most important trade and investment partners, and it expects to attract more Chinese enterprises to enter the Vietnamese market, invest in building factories or set up branches locally through this exhibition, so as to push the bilateral economic and trade cooperation to a deeper level. It also proposes that the bilateral cooperation should not be limited to the exhibition itself, and suggests holding industry forums during the exhibition to carry out thematic sharing on topics such as Vietnam's investment policies, regulations on joint ventures, market opportunities and enterprise settlement experience, so as to provide authoritative and practical market guidance for Chinese exhibitors.
In addition, the VCCI specially reminds that there are certain differences between China and Vietnam in terms of culture and business practices. The VCCI is willing to leverage its extensive local network and professional experience to assist exhibiting enterprises in understanding and adapting to the Vietnamese market more efficiently. It also emphasizes that all enterprises entering the Vietnamese market shall strictly comply with the relevant policies and approval requirements of the Vietnamese government to ensure the long-term Sustainability of cooperation.

VCCI (Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry) was founded in 1963. It is the largest and most influential national business organization in Vietnam, and also one of the most important corporate service platforms in the country.

Meanwhile, VCCI has long been committed to promoting international trade, facilitating business cooperation, attracting investment and advancing international exchanges. It maintains extensive cooperation with over 100 countries and regions worldwide, serving as a vital bridge connecting Vietnamese enterprises with the global market.
Currently, Vietnam is at a historic window for economic take-off. In the first quarter of this year, Vietnam's total import and export volume has approached 250 billion US dollars. As one of the fastest-growing economies in ASEAN, the consumption potential and industrial demand of the Vietnamese market continue to be unleashed.

As the capital of Vietnam and the economic hub of the northern region, Hanoi drives the northern Vietnamese industrial cluster centered on manufacturing, serving as a key deployment in the northern market for MEORIENT's “two exhibitions a year" strategy, which features a north-south pairing between Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
With the strategic support of official institutions including Vietnam's Ministry of Finance and VCCI, the November HOMELIFE Vietnam Exhibition will achieve comprehensive upgrades in terms of buyer quality, policy guarantee and market docking efficiency. It not only provides Chinese manufacturing enterprises with an important platform for efficient overseas expansion and precise docking with the northern Vietnamese market, but also builds a solid, efficient and reliable trade bridge for enterprises from China and Vietnam.
